The ABV Complex – Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Teramo represents a strategic development for enhancing infrastructure dedicated to veterinary education and research.

The project includes the expansion of the existing complex with new scientific laboratories for translational medicine, as well as the functional renovation of pre-existing buildings, such as the former canteen, now transformed into spaces for teaching and research.

The architecture of the ABV Complex stands out for its ability to integrate new volumes into the university context, providing bright, flexible, and technologically advanced environments. The spaces are designed to foster collaboration among students, faculty, and researchers, with particular attention to the quality of work environments and the development of innovative educational pathways.

The project also places strong emphasis on sustainability and landscape integration, enhancing connections with surrounding green areas and optimizing the energy efficiency of the buildings. The expansion of the ABV Complex thus strengthens the University of Teramo’s role as a national center of excellence for veterinary education, offering cutting-edge facilities and spaces designed to support the growth of the academic community.

Its focus on innovation and architectural quality helps to create a modern, welcoming campus that looks toward the future of veterinary teaching and research.
