The “Ecovillage” project was conceived with the aim of creating a garden city – a sustainable neighborhood, fully integrated into the landscape and based on a human-scale living model. A system of villas and linear housing alternates with green spaces, courtyards, and both private and shared gardens, striking a balance between domesticity, individuality, and a strong sense of community.

The urban layout prioritizes park views and permeability between buildings and nature. Vehicular traffic is confined to the perimeter, while pedestrian and cycling paths weave through the green heart of the neighborhood. The volumes are carefully arranged to ensure views, sunlight, and living comfort for all residential units. The residences offer a wide variety of typologies: flexible layouts, private gardens, loggias, and terraces combine with façades that vary in language, materials, and color. The goal is to provide a unique living experience—where each home is distinct and recognizable, yet part of a cohesive whole.

Environmental sustainability is at the core of the design: natural materials, innovative construction systems, solar panels, and rainwater collection. Greenery plays an active role in the project—not only as a scenic element but as a functional asset, enhancing quality of life and reducing energy consumption.
